Period tracking calendar unresponsive and freezes whole app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am trying to use the period tracker, but when I go to that section of the app, the calendar comes up, but the page is not responsive. The only thing I can do is force close the app.

The other parts of the app seem to work fine as long as I don’t engage in the period tracker area.

I have the most up-to-date app and have tried all the other troubleshooting steps the moderators post in the other threads I found that are like this.

I’m having the same issue. I came here trying to see if anyone else was and if there was a solution yet.

It appears to be fixed today.

There is a “resolved” thread for this from May 2018 but I am intermittently experiencing this in recent months and it is May 2022!

Fitbit needs to reopen that thread and combine all these sub-threads into one. It’s not resolved. If it freezes due fo a surge on weekends as one moderator suggested, that seems like a reason to prioritize menstrual health if so many users actively add manual entries to the calendar that it freezes..
