My app shows no period data at all. I'm using android
I tried to log today and it looks like it saves, but it doesn't. All of my historical data is gone.
I logged into my account and it showed I was male?! I've been tracking my periods for years on this app, what's happened?

Same issue here. Years of data are gone.
What's going on? Is the data going to be restored or should I look for another cycle tracking app?

I am having the same issues. All of a sudden there is no data and won't let me save it, even if I click save. It is basically useless right now. I don't know what happened, but everything i have ever put in the app is gone!

I contacted support directly via chat and they said they were aware of the issue.
Nothing else said, nothing on any platform I can see apart from iOS issues. No time line for a fix either.

Well, I guess the only positive thing to look at, is that they are aware of the issue? Maybe that means it won't last forever and it will eventually be fixed. I hope ......

All of my data is gone too. Also, I can't get my most recent one to stay logged on the date I put it. It disappears.

You know what's really weird, is tonight all my other data, like steps, exercise, etc., kind of went blank in the app. It's kind of weird. You can't see a lot of stuff. Is anyone also having that happen now too?

Yes, had the exact same last night. It's fixed itself this morning but I was worried it was completely gone! Period data is still gone though.

I tried emailing Fitbit app help, but they only replied that they don't provide support via email anymore. 😕 I've seen other threads get comments from moderators about a thread's topic being a known issue, but I have not seen anything here.

Nothing. On this sub there is a pinned thread of iOS users having the same issue, still people are experiencing this, so I don't hope for a resolution anytime soon.

I thought it's an isolated incident when I couldn't locate my menstrual data. Looks like it is affecting many people as well. Hope they get it rectified soon.

Mine is back. Got weird data for the last two months logged, so will need to rectify that, but glad it's resolved.

Same for me. At least second time aroun. Last time this hapened updating the app fixed it but not this time urfotunately. Is happening to lot of people from what i can find and for a long time too but no real fix or explanation even... Very disapointed with the company reaction to this topic tbh

I'm also using Android. This has been ongoing for me for nearly 2 years. My last Fitbit had this same problem. I broke that one a year ago. I just replaced it with a new Fitbit today and the issue is still there. The app SAYS that you have saved or edited a period, but the calendar is blank. Absolutely useless. I would recommend using the premom app to track your periods and ovulation instead.

Mines doing the exact same. When you press the day your period is due to start the info is there but not being displayed on the calendar and thetrends tab just spins for me.
I have tried everything to get it to show but nothing has worked.
really annoying as i log everything on it as im very irregular. now i have no clue whatsoever as i cant see anything
