I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and now I can't log in on the app on my phone. I am starting menopause and have updated the period start date every day for a couple of weeks, but today it wouldn't save and all the previous tracking disappeared right before my eyes.

Since your Fitbit app is up to date, we'll try to do some steps that could be helpful:

I have logged 3 periods and yet it has continued with one cycle claiming its 80 days long..

Any closer to fixing this yet? I still can't accurately log my menstrual cycles. It's been a few months for this so called "glitch." How much longer?

Same.. Its June now. I'm starting to think they no longer give a **ahem** about the app unles you're a premium member.

Still broken for me, it's now June. Beyond annoying.

Don't worry, you're not missing out: they don't give any more of an **ahem** about premium members -- I was paying for premium and had this problem, and the premium features are no more reliable than the standard ones.

3 months later, and issue persists. Any updates on a resolution?

Have any of those Fitbit fixes worked? My Fitbit app is still refusing to save the edited dates...why is it a drag and save? Can I please just mark it on the calendar on days I have a period in a checkbox instead? The dragging does not work.

Super annoying. I'm ready to scrap this fitbit. It's not properly counting my steps either. Highly annoyed.

Hello @DaLamp
I believe your question would be better suited here and get more exposure to your particular issue: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Menstrual-Health-Tracking/bd-p/femalehealth

Is there any update on this? It appears to have been an issue for at least 6 months, based on the other posts in this thread. It's getting to a point where I don't trust the data in FitBit anymore.

It's July now and this STILL hasn't been fixed. Why is this taking months upon months to fix?
