Hello,
I am a new user of the fitbit inspire 3.
I had recently purchased it to help track heart rate, sleep and activity levels. I purchased it after noticing some changes in these areas, after begining perimenopause in my early 40s.
I was happy to see there is a female health tracker, but was disappointed to see it only tracks menstruation and fertility. There was no option to track perimenopause, menopause and post menopause
The exclusion of such a large part of womens health seems like a huge oversight, and an outdated outlook on womens overall health. Please change this.
I like many of the features of the fitbit inspire 3 and will continue to use it. I think the fitbit is a good product, but with this suggested update it could be amazing. I know many women would agree.
If this suggestion is considered, please include tracking symptoms such as hot flashes, energy levels, and mood.
Please create an update to this good product that includes this area of womens health and make it a great one.
Thank you

@Susan123456 The best place to post suggestions is the Product Feedback forum. The developers read those posts to get ideas of what features people would like to see. I hope you will consider posting there. If you do, please come back here and post a link to your suggestion so others who are interested in that feature can vote for it.

You're making a great point! Women's health goes far beyond menstruation and fertility, and having a dedicated perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause tracker would be a game-changer for many. Tracking symptoms like hot flashes, energy levels, and mood would provide valuable insights, helping women manage this transition more effectively. Along with lifestyle changes, certain nutrients like L-Lysin can support overall well-being, as it's essential for collagen production, immune function, and even stress management. Hopefully, Fitbit considers this update to make their product even more inclusive and supportive for women at all life stages!
