Fitbit Update: 2/25/19
Hi, everyone!
Today we have released the Fitbit for Android app version - 2.88 to all users. This app version contains the fix for period data being deleted. Please update to this version as soon as you can.
In addition, I would like to make it clear that any data that may have disappeared will not re-appear after updating to this new app version. We hope this sets you all back on track and we're super thankful for your patience while this was investigated.
Now that a fix has been released, I'm going to close this thread from further comments. If you come across this issue in the future or have any new issue to report we ask that you create a new topic to let us know.

Here here! This ongoing problem really is getting tiresome.
The problem is we're not rest assured at all. Not looking to shoot the messenger, but in short we have no faith our complaints are really being listened to and addressed. We feel we're being placated but not taken seriously by Fitbit. Appreciate you regularly try to assure us but we are losing trust.

It appears every time there was an update in the app it wipes out the data.
Is it ever going to be resolved? This has been an ongoing issue.

Very frustrating, this is the 4th time I have lost all my period data, I have nothing and this is critical data for me personally. Is there a support ticket we can follow? I love Fitbit, but now I have to go back to using p tracker for this data. I am also concerned that this issue which IMO should be a P0 (data loss is kinda of a big deal) isn't actively being addressed, 3 month means that this is a P3 or below. If you need more customers to complain to bump the priority, I would be more than happy to start tweeting and getting people to report. Not shooting the messenger, but I hope product management at FitBit takes this seriously.

Agreed! It's ridiculous that this issue has been reported for MONTHS and there's not even an estimate of when it will be fixed.

Hello. I'm asking regarding the Female Heath on the Android Fitbit app. My logged details on the first month of using fitbit app with my fitbit versa has disappeared. Is that normal? But I can still see the Sleep and Heartbeat since the first day I've used this.

Thanks for getting back @Frazy029 and @Nannette91903! Would you mind double checking that your Fitbit app is running version 2.82? If you're still in one of the older, please make sure yours is up-to-date.
If your apps update automatically, check the Recently updated or Up to date list to see if the Fitbit app was updated.

Hi. Running 2.85 on Android and I think it used to work OK for a while. Started only a month ago and got a prediction. But now Fitbit keeps forgetting the entry and I have to go through the setup every time I open the female health tracker? Even without closing the app in between.

I went to track my period this morning and all my previous cycles are gone. I have followed the steps from the posts here and still nothing. Is all my cycle information gone?
