Hi, same here. I got my Charge 5 yesterday, and I am a man. I do not need to see Menstrual Health when I swipe up.
How do we hide menstrual health tile from the charge 5 wrist band?

I got the screen to go away! I had to delete all the menstrual health data.
These are the steps I took --
Feedback for Fitbit designers:
I don't use the menstrual tracker (because it was buggy the last time I tried it, which was admittedly a long time ago) -- but if I *did*, I can't imagine wanting or needing to check my menstrual cycle on my wrist. I certainly wouldn't want anyone else to see it (think of all the times people compare/show off fitness trackers!). *Maybe* I would want to log my mood or symptoms, but that could be way more discrete -- like "track mood/symptoms" (most of which are gender-neutral anyway).
Also, I really wish there were a menu to access the different features & data. I don't want everything on my dashboard (bc I want to focus on certain fitness goals) and it's annoying to have to add/remove tiles just to access a less-frequently used page.

This worked for me! I have never used it before, but when I scrolled back through the calendar, there was one day "logged" in there that I know I didn't put there! I am guessing it might be there for everyone to make it show up on your wrist?
Guys too--go through the calendar and look for the pink/red circle on one of the calendar dates... then delete it! It worked!
