Replacement Charge 4 menstrual health not on watch, only in app

On my first Charge 4, I could see the menstrual health info on the Charge. I recently got a replacement Charge 4 and on this one it doesn't show up on the watch. I do have the tile in the app and it contains info. 

I have tried the hard reset and soft reset multiple times but that doesn't help. The app is updated.

What can I do?
