A friend turned me on to the P Tracker app, and the thing I love most is being able to track when I forgot to take my birth control pill, and other things that are not normal day to day. I’d love to get everything in one place, so I only have to open one app, and P Tracker puts the pill on a tab labeled “Lifestyle” which I find... off-putting? But at least I can see when I messed up, which is important when I want to rely on the pill to do its job. Meanwhile, I think some symptoms (eg bloating) that could be period or food related could instead be tracked generally in FitBit, as I’d love to be able to see if food-sensitivity patterns emerge.
