Swiping up on my versa 2 not showing me menstrual health option

Hi, a couple of days ago, there was no issue in the subject matter. Everything was just working fine but now suddenly the display on versa 2 is not showing me my menstrual health data while swiping up. 

Have already checked up the troubleshooting steps suggested by moderator regarding the same concern but nothing helps. 

Kindly look into.
