Unable to use my female health with fairphone

A few months ago I started to use a Fairphone. Back then I already had problems with adding data to the female health part of the app. Buy since using the Charge 4 I unable to even open this part of the app. It keeps asking the same questions over and over again without ever reaching the calander. So now I can't add any data anymore
