Hi, I got the fitbit versa 3 this year. The women’s health feature has never worked, I’ve subscribed to premium, because I thought that maybe this was a premium feature. I ‘ve reached out to fitbit support and they haven’t solved it, and closed the case. Is there a phone number that I can call, because I don’t think that my message has been understood when I tried to open this feature nothing happens it simply doesn’t work. I’ve restarted the watch multiple times, have all the updates. Is this because I’m UK based? I think that I will ask for a refund 😞
