Years of period data gone

I I know people had issues in the past with data disappearing. I tracked on paper until 2018 when I realized I could input them into Fitbit app. That's when I took my existing data and entered everything from 2017 through 2018 into Fitbit app and then everything from then on went into the app. 

Fitbit app always predicts my period + or - 2 days. 

Now as of today ALL that data has disappeared. 

GONE. I have ovarian cysts and extremely painful periods, so it's nice to track my symptoms and know when they are coming so this was a useful tool to have. It was accurate due to the amount of years of data tracked. 

I want my info back 😭
