am on a diet for two months and i've lost 10kg , but suddenly my weight is stuck and now it's been stuck for two weeks
my diet is about eating more protein and vegetables and fruits, no sugar no bread no pasta no oils except for one free day in two weeks which i eat what ever lunch i want
am not sure what is happening cause i didn't lost a gram and i don't exercise ,sometimes walking from 30 to 60 min but that's it
how i can lose inch around my waist in a week or so without excising or losing weight ? and how i can make my scale to move again ..?

Try using a waist trainer 6 hours a day, mostly a comfortable one.

Comes down to calorie intake. If you burn more calories then you eat, you should lose. Also watch the sodium. After 400mg of sodium intake the body begins to retain water to flush out the sodium.
