versa not saving symptoms

I know it's been posted before, but I think it needs to be said again. My Versa is not saving period symptoms. It used to, but now it has stopped. I have done everything I can think of to make sure all is updated.

 

Seems to be an ongoing bug, but this feature is the reason WHY I spent the money on the Versa.
