Yesterday was a special anniversary for me. I am 71 and retired. When this pandemic started I knew I would have to do something different to keep off the 60 pounds I lost. I upped my daily goal to 12,000 steps and 45 minutes of activity. Yesterday was my 365th consecutive day of achieving my revised goal. I have actually averaged over 13,000 and 6 miles per day!

@RLHART49 happy anniversary and congrats on being faithful to your plan. Wonderful accomplishment. You're proof that age is just a number and that when you put your mind (and body) to something, it can be done!

Congratulations @RLHART49!
It's very impressive that you were able to achieve your goal for 365 consecutive days 😱😀
I recently increased my daily goal from 10,000 to 12,000 steps as well.
I hope I can be as disciplined as you were to reach my daily goal for a whole year.
