Beta invite - confirmation never received

I got an email about a signup that I put in for last year or somesuchthing, and went to the link, but then it says to put in my email and to check for confirmation and I never got it.  Who do I direct questions to since CS has no idea?

I don't think there is any where to direct questions regarding beta invites. In my experience/guess - if you dont get a reply the beta group has been filled and you are not needed.
