I'm also new to fitbit and feel that I am at plateau.  Can't find the right combination between eating less and exercising more with my 24 hr crazy schedule.

Hi! I'm new to Fitbit as of last Thursday and having a great time keeping track of my health. Does anyone have any tips on how to get more steps during the day at a desk job? I'm only getting about 3000 by 5 pm, which makes it hard to hit my goal of 10,000 steps per day. Thank you!

Hi allm

Got my "one" yesterday and i'm enjoying looking at data sync to my phone and pc.

 

anyone know how to get it to track floors accurately - today my drive to work got recorded as 21 floors climbed which is wierd. so looking for a fix.

Hi all,

 

I'm Pomer.  Just started using Fitbit. Pretty kool.  I have a very sedentary lifestyle due to my job.  I have used it for 3 days, and the integrated dashboard for food journal and sleep is my favorite so far.  I believe I am reaching to close to being a type 2 diabetic due to my weight and mother is one herself.  I now have more confidence that I can regulate and lose the weight that I have been struggling with all my life.  The food journal from yesterday was an eye opener. The sleep monitoring is amazing.  It makes sense why I am so groggy in the mornings.  I am excited and can't wait to see the results in 3 - 6 months from now.

Just received my Flex for Fathers day so I will be hanging around learning as much as I can.   I'm a member on MFP.    I have dropped about 34 lbs since September and want to drop 20 more.

Hello I'm brand new here-I literally got my fitbit one 20 minutes ago and am charging it 🙂

I haven't use any kind of tracker before.I have been on my fitness pal and endomondo for a month and have lost 16lbs but have a long long way to go with at least 150 more to lose.Any tips on using the fitbit one?I am planning to wear it in my bra but am a little confused about what to record seperately in endomondo.My main exercise is walking and several times a week I walk home from school/to school(drive one way) so should I record that in endomondo or just let fitbit track it?I like seeing the distance and time for the specific walks on endomondo.

I just got my new fitbit flex and am charging it as I type. I am trying to get motivated to lose my summer doldrums weight and get back into dancing form. 😉 I'd love some fitbit friends.
