I have actually been with Fitbit for quite sometime. I started out with a Zip then went to a charge 2 and then when that cracked got my Versa 2.

I try to do something active each day, run (jog?!) twice a week, I love my Nintendo Ring Fit game and am just starting out with some of the Fitbit workouts which are fun. Otherwise I just run around a lot being a busy Mum.  Hope to be friends!

Is there anyone who can help me find the Executive Office or complaint department? 

I purchased a NEW Sense 2 thru the FITBIT app on March 18,2024. It arrived on March 25 and was defective. RED X across screen. I called Customer Service and returned. Was received at the FITBIT California address on March 26. Since then I have still not received my new tracker or info on when to expect it. I have called 5 times and chatted 3 times. Last phone call I asked for a supervisor and the guy on the phone hung up on me. I want my new watch overnighted to me today or a full refund TODAY! Please. I have been a customer since 2009. I just spent 2 more hours this morning talking to 4 different people with the same result. I will hear back in 24 to 48 hours which means NEVER!
