I mainly walk to achieve my fitness goal, but do a little jogging, light weights, deep knee bends, stairs, trying to lose the five pounds I gained.

I have an ancient Charge2.

I do a walking/jogging in the Minnesota gentle winter breeze every day, lift some light weights, deep knee bends.

Hello, my name is Mercedes. I live in the U.S. and am using the charge 6. I am trying to get back into the swing of things. I used to run 5 miles a day 4 to 5 days a week and do a variety of monthly challenges including squats, push-ups, planking, etc. After hitting 50(menopausal) I became discouraged because no matter how I dieted and how much I ran, I couldn't get my weight back down. I've recently started the keto diet and it seems to be working well for me. Now I need to add some strength training and get as many steps in as I can. Would love to be a part of a group who encourages each other. Please feel free to add me. Thank you

Hi, I'm CliPresMan.  I live in Minnesota and use the ancient Charge2.  I only walk, mostly, except when I feel like jogging a bit, only a mile or two a day.  Do light weights and deep knee bends.  I'm way past 50 so I don't compare myself to youngies.  Need to lose five pounds (again), but badly this time.  Add me, whatever that means, please.
