Don't laugh at me @WendyB and @KateFitbit haha, I felt so guilty on Sunday night. 🤐 I did share only 3 doughnuts tho. Gave one to @DavideFitbit and the other 2 to my boyfriend. When Lanuza gave the doughnuts everyone from the team was almost leaving and me too so I took them home. 😓

Hi Everyone! My name is Anne and I live in Augusta, GA. I am 42 years young and currently weigh around 235lbs. I had gotten down to 216, but in 3 months time, it shot up to where I am now. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2008, and lost over 200lbs, but I still say that it was the worst thing I ever did to myself. I totally ruined my health. I have since found out that I have Lupus and have been diagnosed with a DVT blood clot. I also have endometriosis, so I have cysts that pop and hurt like holy hell. Someone suggested that I should get a Fitbit and try it out....so here I am! I need help with accountability and encouragement..big time. Am I in the right place?

Hello, friends know me as Mystique.. and I love kittens. 

 

Without knowing my weight, and so many high calorie foods around, it's easy to believe being hungry while it's not true hunger that does want / need the food.. especially when choosing something less nutritious over natural foods and not wanting the natural food.. 🤔

 

Recently got a new Fitbit tracker to try getting healthier, more fitter!

 

With Fitbit my true goal is discover what true hunger feels like. Not forbidding treats but limiting when wanting to have one..

Needs friends to inspire me had a knew replacement and lost all motivation want to eat healthier Day 2 set goal for steps at 4,000 almost got there LOL My favorite T-bone steak what motivates me is seeing others do real well I want to feel like that, I would like to lose 30 lbs.

I’m new to the Fitbit Community however am from New Zealand.

I want to get fit, be healthier  and hopefully lose some weight in the process.  I like to walk my dog most nights after week for around 40 minutes or more to maintain some kind of fitness.  
Lots of things motivate me in life but my dog definitely motivates me to get the walking shoes on and get out there.

My guilty pleasure would have to be cheese and crackers!!

 

I am looking forward to learning some new tips and tricks from you all, hopefully getting some motivation when I’m feeling flat and to be able to brainstorm on various things.

  6. How do I get a message out to all Fitbit users? I have developed a Windows GUI program the lets you see each Heart Rate measurement for up to a month at a time down to the second. It has a wizard to help with getting a Fitbit Client ID and Access Token. It has an algorithm to check for Atrial Fibrillation and shows the times between measurements. It also histograms measurements and It is a free program available at www.busybrainconsulting.com for any Fitbit user. I am a retired programmer and creating software is my hobby. Howdy everyone!

 

  1. Where in the world are you? Currently in the very (no so) sunny Scotland
  2. What is your current health/fitness goal? I want to be 13 stone truthfully.
  3. How do you like to stay fit? I LOVE LOVE LOVE swimming. but at my weight I get major anxiety
  4. What motivates you? pictures of myself at my current weight motivate me to feel more confident in myself
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure. sprite.... diet or regular sprite.. I really gotta stop drinking it but ITS SO NICE
