Hi Everyone!

I'm a long-time Fitbit user. I initially bought it to help me track and improve my fitness. An unexpected benefit was the sleep tracking data, along with some comments I read on the User Community Forum, prompted me to get a sleep study done, and I was diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea. Since then, the sleep data, especially the efficiency statistics, are very important to me. Therefore, I was very disappointed when Fitbit recently replaced the efficiency statistics with this meaningless Sleep Score, AND now they want me to subscribe to their Premium service to explain their made up Sleep Score, rather than continuing to provide me with a feature that I've already paid for and used for many years. In addition, I have to buy a new Fitbit annually because they only last about a year. They usually stop working just after the 1-year warranty expires. I can live with that if they will just restore the Sleep Efficiency data in the regular service I pay for annually. Otherwise, I'm going to switch to a different company. Thank you for your time, and I appreciate all the input from other Fitbit users on this site.

What is your current fitness goal?  I need to lose 33 pounds.

How do you like to stay fit?  I walk, do treadmill, marching, and lifting weights.

What motivates me?  I get inspired as I lose weight.

Favorite guilty pleasure?  Sweets and Chips

Hi, I'm from Bloomington, Indiana. I like to walk for exercise and just started doing pure Barre, which I love! I discovered the Beck Diet Solution while doing WW very briefly recently (point system doesn't work for me); it uses cognitive behavioral therapy and is helping me get over those old hurdles that have caused me to give up in the past. Hope this time is a lifelong lifestyle change that will help me take it off and keep it off!!

Hi I'm Cindy and I'm originally from Fla but moved from Newport Ark to Tatum Texas about 4 hrs away for new job training I do leg weights and a member of Planet Fitness Centers love to exercise and working out in the gym look forward to meeting others on here and yes I'm single guys

  3. How do you like to stay fit? I don't... In the nice weather I don't mind going for a walk but in general I hate working out and I hate working out alone even more. That little thing to the left that says "Jogger" is lying.
  4. What motivates you? Food, food motivates me. Really though, I want to be back to my 190 lb weight. I hate shopping now, I hate walking by the mirror. I don't feel like myself anymore.
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure? Sweets. I enjoy baking and candy making and have a crazy sweet tooth.

Hi, DanyKat. We live in Georgia and are actually familiar with cold weather because we actually lived in Alaska for 4 years. I miss the weather and the state, the wife misses the state but not the weather. Our driving force for health and weight loss is the competitions. We are usually involved in 3-4 at all times. When not against others we work to increase our personal bests. We look forward to you joining challenges with us

Hi, I'm a 48 year old female from Brisbane, Australia.  My fitness goal is to be as fit and be able to do 20 pushups from my toes, and to loose 10kgs.  I ride my push bike to/from work every day and want to start weight training again (although I'm going to start with a month of body weight training at my local park first). 

 

I am lacking motivation at the moment though 😞  Hence why I'm here.  If I could find some online fitness buddies to help motivate each other that would be great!!!!  So friendships welcome here.

 

And my guilty pleasure is beer.  I have a love/hate relationship with the stuff.
