Is anyone having issues with a fitbit not counting any steps just now? I’ve just had surgery in the last few days so I can’t tell if I’m just walking really carefully so it’s not picking up on them, or if there’s a problem with my fitbit. I did both a soft and hard reset, turned my phone off and on, bluetooth off and on, checked for an update, all the usual. But it says i’ve done 0 steps today, and while I haven’t done MANY i’ve definitely done more than that!

Hi @w1inona. Yes, it's possible for your Fitbit to miss steps if you are walking slowly and carefully. The accelerometer isn't getting quality data that can be sensed as steps. Try testing your Fitbit like this. Sit in a chair and swing your arms like you are walking briskly, if you can. Do you get steps?
Also, what model Fitbit do you use?
