Best AnswerI'm new to these forums and have had my fitbit for about a month. I have a goal to lose 50 pounds. I don't mind if its slow, as long as it is steady. I started crossfit and it gets me off the couch which I did too much of last year.
So if you see me adding some of you, you'll know why!
Best AnswerFeel free to add me, I've had my charge hr for a while now, but i've been using the fitbit app for a lot longer but sometimes I could use that extra little push to keep going. Been doing a lot of Mossa Fitness (check it out, it's intense) but when I'm not going all out, it's the small stuff that gets me.
