Hi everyone, I know you don’t know me. I’m looking for some help because the situation now in Australia is not good, and some of my jobs are closed now.

@Katkarito15 you're not alone. There are many students experiencing similar problems due to the worldwide virus. I know a college student who has been told to go home and leave the dorm. She has no way to get home and her family has no way of getting her there, either. Schools are closed and child care facilities are shut down. Churches are closed and food pantry and meal programs are too. All of us have our stories and concerns. Check with your university and see what help they are able to offer you. A go fund me page isn't going to get the attention it might get under more normal situations. Right now is a difficult period in all our lives. Take each day as it comes and hope for the best is all any of us can do. I wish there was a solution for you that was simple. Many of us are coming to the forums as a place to gather to feel less alone and to stay positive. Wishing you all the best and let us know how things go for you.

Thank you for you message, I know many students have a bad situation now, with this virus. I’m going to try for everywhere and ask for some help, couldn’t work or maybe yes, but I will try it. Because I have a really but situation now. I have depression and other stuff and with this situation for me is worse than others students or maybe not, but I need to try all that I can. And thank you again with your message ☺️

You're young and strong and more brave than you realize. Many will find their true characters during a crisis. You'll find yours. Stay strong and focus on what you can do and not on what you can't do at this time. I'm sure your parents are worried about you. Tell them they raised a strong and capable daughter.
