Hi y'all!
I had a mild case of covid back in May. The worst part was the headaches and fatigue!
I have been noticing that my heart rate has been consistently higher while moving (I work in construction, so I'm moving almost all day), as a result my zone minutes are way up. Has anyone else experienced this??

Thank you for reaching out to the Community, @Deborahjeanne. This is a great topic @Deborahjeanne. After you have had COVID-19, if you are experiencing a rapid heartbeat or palpitations you should contact your doctor. A temporary increase in heart rate can be caused by a lot of different things, including dehydration.
Doctors say the virus primarily attacks the lungs. However, it can also cause your body to produce an overactive immune response which can lead to increased inflammation throughout the body. Myocarditis can impair the heart's ability to pump blood and send electrical signals. It might lead to have a higher zone minutes during future workouts. Good news is that a lot of people have fully recovered after returning to their exercise routines.

Hi. Have you figured this out? I have similar issue but didn’t have Covid. Noticed walking around I’m going to 130 when before it would maybe be 100. Other things it’s reaching max heart rate when I’ve never gotten it that high in those situations before.
