Best Answer@EdsonFitbit stress? Difficult situations? Don't think there is anyone who has escaped either of those. Years ago, a friend shared advice that has proven helpful. Her mother said to consider "what's the worst thing that could happen" and "what's the best thing that could happen" with whatever is troubling you. If you need to, write it down. I've added a bit to it over the years. No matter what's going on, give yourself three days. By taking those days, you can make a phone call, ask a friend or just think on it and find the answer. There's nothing wrong with putting yourself outside the situation and taking time to figure it out. Often things get sorted on their own, which could have been made worse by moving forward too quickly. Never let anything get to you so much that you can't sleep at night. Don't be afraid to take a breather and walk away from a difficult situation or a person. It's better to walk away than to say something you'd later regret. Life is never boring.

I love that tip from @Odyssey13 about taking three days! I do that too. Sometimes people get unhappy when I do that. They want an argument and they want it now! I think it can be better for everyone's mental health to take a step back and get a fresh perspective.

I usually sing, and you can tell what mood I'm in by the tune I'm singing. Anything happy like "Margaritaville" by Jimmy Buffet, you'll be fine, you're good. If I'm singing something from "Phantom Of The Opera", RUN!

Thanks for your advices @alexthecat @SunsetRunner @DramaQueenDiva. I've found that exercising and getting distracted in topics that I really like make me feel more relaxed.
@DramaQueenDiva, you are very funny 😂
