I am in such a good mood today!

Despite how hot it has been I am just in a really good mood today. So, why not spread the good mood vibes? I wanna do something on here like chat with all of you! I mean this is the mind and body section so why don't we expand our minds with chatting about random things?

I love this kind of positive post! 😀 I’m in a pretty good mood today too – nothing special happened, but I’ve been trying to focus on small wins like getting my steps in and drinking more water. It’s funny how just paying attention to those little things can make the whole day feel lighter.

I’m just here trying to move a little more, drink a little water, and feel a little better every day.

I agree and tomorrow I am going to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra. I always hear good things about it and a family friend's daughter is having a birthday so she paid for us to go to! @mary_jones @julesrevenor  How was your thanksgivings?

1.) First of all, I'm now super jealous of you getting to see TSO as I always wanted to see them and never have!

2.) Thanksgiving was good but stressful.  In the past month, I've had the following (I'm a middle school Paraeducator):

     A- My birthday

    B- Holiday prep

    C- Finals (Graduate student here)

    D- Recovery from self-inflicted injury sustained on accident

    E- Holiday activities at work (socials, etc.)

    F- Now that I've recovered more, starting practice for my next Ukulele concert

    G- Prepping for vacation 

    H- Creating content for my Cruising YouTube channel

What I found has helped me is taking weekly Yoga classes at the YMCA and weekly Weight Watchers workshops.  I also use this app called Finch, which is gamified self care, along with the Calm app.

wow you been busy. Oh and TSO was AMAZING!!!!! It told a story and one of the guys well would run up and down the stage so later when I seen him on a raised platform I joked and told my brother "I hope he doesn't forget he is on a raised platform and try to run up and down the stage." Lol. Next year it will have  been 30 years since they started. We were in the 5th row and while our friend and so many other people had to pay $40.00 for parking blocks away me and my bro got to park in the parking garage right next to the building and since we used a debit/credit card it was only $15.00.

 

Oh and a funny thing last time when I had tried to type out trans-Siberian Orchestra. I misspelled it and my computer autocorrected to. Transgender- Siberian Orchestra. I was like "Whoa wrong performance."
