@emmalihua I'm trying to meditate more too! That is one of my New Year's resolutions. I use the mindfulness sessions in the Fitbit app. I try to do one in the morning and one in the evening each day.

Hi @emmalihua I found the Heads pace meditation app very helpful, and for a beginner, it really helped you understand and follow through on the process.
