Hi @Gabo13years does your school have a nurse, physical education instructor or guidance counselor? They can help you in this. Increase your activity and keep an eye on what you eat. Keep a journal of what you eat and when and watch the portions. Knowing that you ate a handful of cookies because you were bored or having a bag of chips when you're stressed would help you know what your triggers are and why you're eating. Replace a bad item (handful of cookies, etc) with a good item (sliced apple, etc) and walk more. Find a friend at school or the neighborhood that you can walk with and if you feel like binge eating, call them. You can also come here when you feel the need to overeat. Someone is usually hanging around the forums and they just might respond to your post. See if there is a group in your area that is for teens who want to lose weight. When you go online, check for support groups and see what information is available. Most of all, talk to your parents and let them know you want to make changes. Knowing you want to change is the beginning, @Gabo13years and you're starting that change today. You've got this!
