Inaccurate Calorie Burn

So I've been using Fit Bit for several months. Lately, last 2 weeks, it's showing only 200 to 300 cals burned for 60-90 minute workouts. Before the last two weeks these same workouts from the same trainer were burning 500+ cals. I have contacted customer service 2 times but they haven't helped. Anyone else have this issue? Can it be fixed? Or should I just trash my fit bit and continue without "estimated" steps and cals burned? P.S. I canceled my premium membership after not getting anything from it and that's when my issues started.

Which Fitbit model?  One with heart rate tracking?

Is total daily calorie burn down or just during that workout?

Check your weight.  Did it just get entered way too low when your calorie burn went down?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Versa 2, yes tracks heart rate, calorie burn stays around 2500-2600 no matter how long I work out, or how many steps I take, daily 10000 sometimes as high as 22000. My weight started at 196.8 in February and down to 162.4 and have entered it accordingly.

I have the same problem. Do 26000 steps and a workout. 72 zone minutes and only 1900 calorie burn for the day. That’s just not possible. Has customer support helped at all?

I have the same problem, Fitbit Vera’s 2.

Today my stats were over 20k steps, 61 floors and 9.4 miles calorie burn 1290

Yesterday my stats were 9.2k steps, 23 floors, 4.1 miles and calories 1261

This does not make sense
