Being aware of all the health benefits that come from walking outdoors can really help to keep us motivated. We all have our favorite places, hikes, mountains, cities, trails.
Feel free to share your favorite place outdoors to go for a walk or a hike, and share a picture as well if you have one!
When I feel most inspired is when I go for a walk in the woods! And my favorite place is Zion National Park in Utah.
“Woods are not like other spaces... They make you feel small.. like a small child lost in a crowd of strange legs. Stand in a desert or prairie and you know you are in a big space. Stand in a woods and you only sense it. They are a vast featureless nowhere. And they are alive.” Bill Bryson

I don't have pictures to share, but I live within a mile of a beautiful community park. it is man made, but we get a ton of fun "creatures" that walk with us. I know this wasn't the point of your post, but, during covid when we were in lock down and all our parks were shut down, my daughter and I would speculate how the creatures are doing without us. She and I went the first day it was opened back up. It's like nature took a breath without us there. We always saw deer, but on this first walk, we had crabs, turtles, fox, furry things that we couldn't name. Here we are 6 months later and all we see now are the deer that literally walk along side, they are so used to us.

No don't worry @emili! Everything counts, you can share any story of any place that you like. 😀
That's very interesting to think about, maybe I should do that, I'd love to see how the creatures are doing without us in different places where I used to go before the pandemic 😮, I sure hope they're doing ok.
