I got my Fitbit last year and I have been wearing it consistently as it is very useful for me, but recently I started experiencing body tremors, mainly in my arms and legs ( inside, not movements are visible outside my body). I visited the doctor and was suggested magnesium and drinking more water, plus rest and said it should go away, but after around 3 months, I was going crazy because I kept feeling the same until I stopped wearing fitbit for more than a week, and the tremors disappeared, right now as I am writing I am not feeling the tremors anymore finally! but what about my fitbit?🤔 I wonder if someone else has experienced the same

Hello @Linacruz
I moved your post from the Fitbit Ace LTE product help forum to the Mind & Body forum, which is the more appropriate place for your question.

Hi, I am experiencing similar internal tremors. I've had the Fitbit since Jan, and have been having tremors on one side of my body only for the last 2 months. The GP recommended stopping some of my regular medications to see if it stops. It hasn't, but I have wondered if it could be the Fitbit, as it is that side of my body. I am about to leave it off for one week to test any changes. I did experience aches in my wrist when I first wore the Fitbit, but these stopped. It does make you wonder though! Will let you know my outcome.
