Is there a mindfulness session to help stop addictions; drinking and/or smoking?

You @SandyWill - I have not found a mindfulness session specific to what you are seeking. But I can tell you from my own experience, the Relax feature on my Fitbit devices can be helpful. I have a difficult time keeping to a healthy diet. If I feel the urge to splurge, I do a Relax session before deciding if I really want to eat something unhealthy. Most of the time, the answer is no. Also - this is not an addiction - but after surgery, when I was weaning myself off pain meds, I would do the Relaxation exercise before deciding if I really needed the next pain pill. The relaxing helped me realize that I make better decisions when my body is relaxed. It also helped to bring the pain levels down. Fitbit Relaxation and soothing instrumental music have helped me a lot.
