Mindfulness Videos require the screen to be on...

This makes all kinds of GOOD sense for videos that you are actually going to watch.

 

BUT...

 

For the sleep/relaxation videos, you DON'T want the screen forced on and THEN, you don't want to HAVE to respond to the end of the video.

 

YOU WANT TO BE ASLEEP. 

 

I actually did fall asleep and the flipping SCREEN woke me up!!!

I agree. If I don’t wake up and log the session within a certain amount of time it disappears and it does not show that I’ve done the session. I use the sessions to aid falling asleep so explain to me how this helps. Please.
