I think there should be medication music in the background while someone is talking instead of silence, background noise helps me especially when I have anxiety

@Angelcowboy92 that's a great idea! The best place to post suggestions is the Product Feedback  forum. The developers read those posts to get ideas of what features people would like to see. I hope you will consider posting there. If you do, please come back here and post a link to your suggestion so others who are interested in that feature can vote for it.
