Hi everyone, I'm sorry that it took this long to write my post.
I found out that we can do a lot of things to improve our fitness and our health. Some of us could find this a bit boring if it's done alone.
Very important assets, not only for the physical health but also for our mental health, are our friends.
Good friends become a family when you have their support, confidence and trust. The best thing about having a good friendship, is that it doesn't matter the distance or time not talking with them, real friends will be there if you need them.
A good talk, laugh (and if needed a good cry) makes everything look better.
Sometimes after a long week, month, etc, I just need to have a coffee or beer with my friends to recharge my energies and to analyze things from another perspective. Also it's worth mention that having another point of view if you have doubts on how to proceed, or you are having a difficult situation, could help you see things different.
I'm so lucky to have found friends around the world, and here at the office. I know I can trust them blindly and that gives me peace of mind. They help me to go over difficult times and motivate me to be the best version of me.
At this point, I just want a special mention to @SilviaFitbit @LizzyFitbit , @YojanaFitbit . Thanks for always being there !

I agree with you. Friends are the best!
We try to get together when even we can. We either walk or go out for a drink. Always great to connect with them!

@JuanFitbit, you're absolutely right! I believe life is better when you've a friend. It's not important the amount of friends, but when you need help, advice or just a shoulder to cry you can be sure they'll be there for you. If you feel sad they're the ones that bring a smile on you face and if you've accomplish something, they're the first on line to congratulate you.
If you've friends, you'll be the double motivated to achieve your goals, specially if those goals will help you to be healthy. 😸

I believe that having friends are crucial throughout life and they’re also those people who can have an amazing effect on our lives at the end of the day. That kind of influence helps us live and be ourselves.
Additionally, I read that friends helps us deal with stress, make better lifestyle choices that keep us strong, and allow us to rebound from health issues and disease more quickly. 🤝 Wow right!
