Hi everyone. Hope everyone is safe and healthy!
These are wild times and it almost feels like Jumanji when going outside. While adapting to the new lifestyle called "social distancing", I've taken the time to think about what is important, to value the people we have around and the time we spend with them, and most of all to take time for myself.
Since I've more time at home, I've been eating healthy homemade foods, I learned how to make lasagna with my sister, I baked a cake with my mom and read new books. I also cleaned my bedroom and organized my closet. Health can go from doing exercise and eating well, to be mentally healthy and doing things that I've postponed before but that now has helped me to be less stressed and happier. 😊
So, let's take this situation as a good opportunity to do new things, or maybe something that you left aside since you didn't have time. Maybe learn a language, play an instrument, paint, write a book, cook new recipes or even do a makeover of your house or apartment.
I look forward to your new ideas or hobbies! 😎
