Need to get back into the swing of things

I've been off work since October and everything in the kitchen was looking good! lol,

need to get back into the swing of things just start back walking today any suggestions for those who need to get their groove back.

Go slow and build up. Go for a very short walk like .2 turn around and go back do more when you can

 

Just dont go crazy and do what you were use to. It will end up hurting you in the long run. Thats why I say Slow and steady and then build up

I agree with Wendy, slow and steady to start back. I would also take into consideration how much water you're drinking. The more water you drink, the more you're body will benefit from your walks. Also, you won't feel defeated on the hard days. 

 

Other than that I would say to try and set some goals. What would you like to complete by the end of the week? How far would you like to have stepped/ traveled on foot before the month is up? Most definitely start small, but always have something to strive for in the future. I'm always down for a Workweek Hustle, if you like competition! 🤗
