Not sure that there is any way to reduce RHR.... exercise?

@ebble there are numerous things a person can do to decrease resting heart rate. These include losing weight (if appropriate), quitting smoking, limiting consumption of alcohol and caffeine, improving quantity and quality of sleep, reducing stress, staying hydrated, and exercise.
Those suggestions are just off the top of my head. I am sure other people can think of more ideas.

Well my RHR runs around 50...I'm overweight and in my 70's. Typically I think RHR rises with age. My 97 yr old mother has an absurdly high HR and low blood pressure.
Now if I could get my replaced Charge 4 to work. I'm using it as a watch right now (don't need the stress)...will not synch and have tried all the suggested fixes. Last chance is to try updating the phone app using w-fi...need to drive a ways to get access.
