Did you mean:

So I ran, but my FitBit has no data inside my event...

It totally caught the event and I can see the graph with my HR and calories burnt, but there is no telematics and very little else around the exercise. I'm taking part in the Vitality Running World Cup, so this broke my heart...just a little.

Hubby and I did a hard rest after we saw the info not pulling through. Before the rest the battery said it was at 50%. After the rest it said it was empty.

My question:

- Was my FitBit too drained to record the information?

- Is there a way I can still get this exercise's information?

My fitbit, a device I once relied on (I actually have four of them, dating back to the very first one they made) has become so irregular with sync and now even with data recording, that it is all but useless and I am starting to hate it because of the endless frustration it creates. I feel sad to say this, but I believe the whole Fitbit name and product is destined to disappear sooner than I would have imagined. Customers cannot be sustained, let alone won over, with an unreliable product.
