I finished reading the book, Bram Stoker - Dracula.

@jamk Get yourself an inversion table - just 5 minutes per day at a 30 degree angle worked wonders for me. I was diagnosed with cysts on my spine (actually, between the vertebrae). I found it very difficult to walk and stand for more than a few minutes. Doctor said "minor" surgery. I said no - my wife was away so I had no one to look after me post surgery. Best thing that ever happened to me! I happened to join a conversation about back pain and said I needed an inversion table. One of the participants said she had one cluttering up her basement and would be happy if I came and picked it up. $500 machine for $0! A month later, I am able to walk and stand almost as much as I want. Still need to use the table sometimes, but surgery avoided! Life is good!
