It is not a movement all day eventhough the heart rate seems to touch the fat burn zone all day. It is inflluenza that made my heart beats that fast. The resting heart rate is also that high...
The peak of the resting heart rate on the third day is the toughest times of the fever, headache, lack of energy, cough, and nasal congestion. As the resting heart rate declined, the symptoms were also slowly deceased. No medication consumed in the four days of influenza though, just regularly drinking hot tea and not moving that much...
Thanks to @Fitbit that now we can recognize some facts about our body when we are in not so well conditions and when everything feels just fine.

The heart rate monitoring was why I bought the Charge HR in the first place. When I'm very active my resting rate is in the high 50s / low 60s. A weight loss journey almost 10 years ago ended with me in the hospital and a resting rate in the 90s. I think if I'd known more about it at the time I'd have caught it sooner. I was working out, dieting, working full time, and studying for a certification exam at night (so not much sleep either). I was tired, but ignored it. If I'd seen my resting rate continue to climb maybe I would have addressed it earlier.
I'm assuming with the drop in heart rate, and that you're posting, that you're feeling better....

I agree with you, @A_Lurker, I love the heart rate monitor feature too.
@quicchote, thanks for posting. I have a cold or something myself, and I have noticed my resting heart rate going up lately. I figured that was why - thanks for the confirmation.

I've found it interesting too and have been studying my heartrate closely the past 3 weeks. On 28th August I found some stiffness in one calf muscle, didn't think anything of it. 2 weeks later I was diagnosed with a deep vein thrombosis. Looking back over my heart rate charts it has been steadily climbing since a couple of weeks before I noticed the first symptoms. Over the past week my leg has hurt less (at one point I could barely walk without crutches, now I can hobble round the flat unaided) and correspondingly my heartrate is slowly decreasing, though it's still much higher than it was when I was completely healthy.
Fascinating to watch how your body responds to life!

Great day to be a Fitbit user @quicchote!
I really loved my Fitbit Charge HR and in the same way that you noticed this fascinating fact, I also realized that whenever that I was suffering one of my usual colds, including fever headache and nasal congestion too, my heart rate showed a lot of unusual information.
You're very brave for not taking any medication to let your body do all the work. Great that you feel better.
Keep in touch!

Really fantastic post. It is very interesting to see how your heart rate went up like crazy. The most interesting thing is that it could help each person notice something is off even if they are feeling good. Thank you for sharing that.

The influenza virus spreads through large-particle respiratory droplet transmission. This occurs when someone coughs or sneezes; these droplets can then be spread onto surfaces or inhaled by an additional particular person inside six feet or significantly less. Droplets that land on surfaces like tables, phones, pens, etc. is often stay reside from several minutes to 48 hours or far more, so disinfect! Germs can reside longer on surfaces like stainless steel and plastic than they’re able to on fabrics. But do you understand that by far the most prevalent method to spread the flu is through that very good old handshake? Time for you to brush up on your fist bumping method! What makes flu symptoms diverse from the frequent cold? Flu symptoms are additional severe and come on all of a sudden and all at once. Symptoms may possibly include things like fever, headache, sore throat, fatigue, and achy muscles. Commonly with all the flu, you may not have sneezing or perhaps a runny or congested nose. More tips can be found on this website. Should you wake up with just one symptom, for instance a sore throat, you most likely don’t have the flu. In case you wake up feeling like you had been hit by a truck, and have several symptoms all at when, suspect the flu.
Do not neglect – the flu isn’t the identical because the ‘stomach flu’ as some people may well confuse the two. Youngsters with influenza may possibly encounter vomiting and/or diarrhea, but adults rarely have these two symptoms with influenza.
