We all know that many of us take care of others and often put ourselves last. This may sound selfish, but sometimes in order to take care of others, we have to take care of ourselves. I am an Activity Director in a nursing home, I take care of people all day long. I love my residents and would do anything for them, but there are times where I need to put myself first if I'm going to take care of them.
What is something that you do just for you?

Wonderful subject @DramaQueenDiva ! Every so often when I need to recharge, I'll have a pajama day where the only absolutely necessary things are done. Laundry, dishes, phone calls and such can wait. It's my day to take a longer shower, watch the birds outside and relax. People rush around and they get too busy to take time for themselves. With all the stresses of life, a day to relax is a good idea, no matter what your age. In fact, it's Saturday and I don't need to do anything. Pajama Day is today!

Great topic, @DramaQueenDiva! I've always struggled with this, because I tend to put many other people first, and always put the things that are important to me for last.
Something that helps me with stress and that I do just for me is anything that involves gaming and videogames. Sometimes I play with my nephew, but most of the times it's only me and the games that I've chosen or that I really enjoy.
It's something very simple, but that's the key, happiness lies in the small things in life.
