The Reminders to Move are one of my favorite features. I have had nerve damage in my left knee ever since the joint was replaced several years ago. Naturally, when a knee hurts, the inclination is to stay off it. My physical therapist disagreed. Together we came up with a reasonable step goal of 8,000 steps/day ... taken in smaller doses, rather than one big walk. The reminders to move motivate me to get up and walk around. It works! It seems a paradox, but moving it at regular times actually reduces the pain and stops the knee’s tendency to freeze up.
How do you use Reminders to Move?
Got to go! Time for a stroll!

I use them the same way. When it buzzes I get up and move until I have made the 250. I try to make them everyday. I'm normally successful.
But its hard to do when your in a dentist chair and it goes off when they are working on your teeth. But here I try and plan ahead so I can get them in 😆
Even when I was working and on a Phone meeting. I would put the phone on Handheld and walk while the meeting was on. Yes I'm obsessed with making them. Sad when I dont😫
