Using Stress Management Score for mental health

The Stress Management Score can give you insights into how your body is managing stress. Do you use this feature? If so, have you made any changes based on your score?

While I haven't used it myself, I can see how it could provide valuable insights into stress levels. Making adjustments based on your score sounds like a smart move. By the way, have you ever experienced any side effects like lexapro nausea? It's always good to consider how different factors can impact our mental health!

I use it. It has been interesting actually because I have been on vacation this week and so not doing my weekly workout routine. Historically, my stress management scores have been high, between 82 - 95. I work out a good bit on a regular basis and try to maintain a stable sleep schedule. I have watched my stress mgt. scores lower for the first time to the low 70's. Notably, my responsiveness and exertion scores are lower since I am not doing intensive exercise and walking inconsistently.  I feel restless at times. Whereas in the past I would have associated inactivity with relaxation, I now relax physically and mentally only after a certain level of physical exertion. I definitely plan to incorporate more exercise into future vacations after this experience.

It makes me realize how important these hhabits are to my own physical and mental stress management.
