Hello everyone! 😀
We all know how important and vital it is to feel inspired in order to reach our fitness goals, and unfortunately many great achievements never get the proper recognition. Great achievements in life require you to challenge yourself in difficult situations and overcome obstacles.
Considering how feeling inspired can have an impact on our lives and the goals that are more important to us, it'd be great if you can share your experiences on this new topic, replying to the following question: What has been your greatest achievement since you started using your Fitbit? I think we can definitely motivate and learn from each other by reading other people's stories and struggles.
Personally, I wasn't very interested in fitness when I started using Fitbit 5 years ago, but logging my food and seeing my daily calories and steps helped me to be more conscious and develop a sense of urgency to be more healthy that I really didn't have before. I started slowly and allowed my body to get used to the intensity of the workouts, then I started to focus on short and long term goals, and eventually I was able to loose 30 pounds in a relatively short period of time.
I think the most important aspect for me has been to be more aware of what I eat and the activities I do everyday. It has helped me not only to follow a healthy diet, but to turn it into a lifestyle, a healthier one without a doubt. 😁
I'll just tag a few of you so we can start off the discussion, but we'd love to hear about experiences and achievements from everyone!!
