Associazione rilevatore co. Huawei p8

Ciao a tutti, non riesco ad associare il rilevatore con il dispositivo in oggetto. Non riesco pertanto a configurare gli avvisi di chiamate.. quando provo ad attivare il bluetooth mi dice che non ci sono dispositivi disponibili. Ho provato con un galaxy e non ho trovato nessun problema. Soluzioni? Qualcuno ha riscontrato lo stesso problema?

Cmq strano - non dovrebbero esserci in realtà problemi, a patto che tu abbia il Bluetooth 4.0 LE, che mi pare sia il caso! oppure può darsi che per qualche strano motivo, non sia supportato .. stupidaggine: hai provato a disinistallare e reinstallare le Fitbit app? guarda che, tra l altro, non ci dovrebbe essere bisogno di andare via il menu bluetooth..dovrebbe essere automatico (durante l installazione ti chiede i permessi..magari ti sei "perso" la schermata!)

Prova a fare quanto sopra e poi let me know 🙂

He basically says that he has problems to associate the ChargeHR with the Huawei P8 - I told him I reckon it's strange, as the phone has Bluetooth >= 4.0 so likely he should uninstall and reinstall the app ... 

... and if the problem persist, he needs to contact the support in English (if he expects a reply in a short time :P)

Scuse me. I wrote in the wrong place..I already tried rebooting the app but the detector is not associated..

Try resetting your fitbit. Plug it into the charger, then hold the side button down until it shows v6.4 (it can take about 10 seconds) and then let it finish charging and force a sync.

I tried that, too, but it does not work. The only problem is with the p8. samsung galaxy with no problem

Unbelievable. It isn't combinable with huawei p8.

Ciao @Triorobi il Huawei P8 rientra nella lista di dispositivi compatibili su www.fitbit.com/devices e c'è gente che sincronizza senza problemi. Che SO hai nel tuo Android? Puoi provare configurando il tracker sulla PC, poi accedi all'app Fitbit del cellulare e sincronizzi.
