A lot of trouble by some security message

When input the calorie data, by security message, I need to restart fitbit with user name and pw almost every time.
What has happened? I have delete and install fitbit application more than 10 times because it did not work.
Solve this problem urgently, FITBIT ‼︎😤

Trouble has NOT solved.
The troubles are happning every times when I use iPhone6S.
The message regarding security has appeared and asked sign in again but no sign in page appear.
What I can do is delete fitbit and installed again. The same thing happened everyday.
Can you tell how to take screenshot by iPhone?

Hi @speedaki. I don't have an iPhone but I think this has to do with permissions and privacy settings. There should be a setting for the Fitbit app that must be enabled.
