All this week my active minutes have stopped at exactly 30 minutes. Just last week I logged 44 minutes one day, 32 the next, etc. I know for a fact I did more than 30 minutes of walking today, because I timed myself walking for 11 minutes as an experiment after the app and Dashboard both showed only 30 minutes from earlier in the day. I've tried resetting my One. Any thoughts?

Hi @tobysionann. The following help document describes in some details how Fitbit recognises active minutes. Active Minutes
I'm not sure how you conducted your experiments, but the best way to do it is to use the timer. The next time you have an hour to spare for exercise, got for walk or jog, turning the timer on and off at the beginning and end of your walk. Upon syncing, that timed event will appear separately on your activity log; and clicking on the clock icon will allow you to see the intensity of your walk/jog, as detected by the 3D-axis acceleromter chip inside your tracker, minute-by-minute. By moving your cursor over each bar, you'll be able to readily see how intense your activity was every minute in terms of step count, caloric burn and pace.
I can't tell from your post which device you're using to look at your stats; but the description I just offered ties in with what you'd see when looking at your dashboard when signed-on to your account at www.fitbit.com.
Have a nice day.
TW

The best way to check what is happening is to create an Activity Record from your PC Log Activities.
Click on the large Stopwatch, enter the times for your activity. This is a copy of your data and doesn't affect anything.
Then click on the small stopwatch next to the description and check the one minute calorie burn. For Active Minutes there should be at least 10 minutes of continuous 3 times your BMR/minute.
