When I log a walk on the activities dashboard I can't understand why it describes it as 0 active minutes! Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @Gobstick. If you are wearing your Fitbit One, you do not have to log any walk manually - a simple sync with your iPad will copy everything to your account at www.fitbit.com. By logging manually, you are essentially telling Fitbit.com to ignore all the data that your tracker collected and to replace it with your manual entry. Deleting your manual log should allow the data from your One to spring right back. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Dear TW, thank you for explaining that. I will refrain from manually logging walks!
